CLIMATE: Continental climate. Vineyards are situated at an altitude of 1.000 meters above sea level.
VITICULTURAL FACTS: Average of 6 tons / hectare of grapes production.
WINEMAKING: Hand harvested. Grapes are destemmed and crushed. Strict sorting on a selection table at the grapes reception. Soft pneumatic pressing with inert gas. Cold settling. Alcoholic fermentation with temperature between 14 to 16C in stainless steel tank. The fermentation is stopped, when the natural sugar of the fruit has not yet dissolved for a perfect balance of acidity and sweetness
TASTING NOTES: Light straw colour with green tinges. The nose displays a rich palette of aromas: rose, lilac, orange blossom, black currant, grapefruit, peach, melon, mango and muscat grape. Full-bodied, complex and balanced in the mouth. Melon and grapefruit aromas in the mouth, with a long finish focussed on orange blossom. Very lovely wine.
