The restaurant can welcome 300 guests at the same time. In parallel we diversified the fish farming activity: we produce five species of fish (sturgeon, Sevan Lake trout, rainbow trout, salmon trout, river trout) and also three types of caviar (yellow, red and orange caviar). After having a pleasant walk to the nearest reservoir you can choose the fish you like yourselves and enjoy your participation in the process of its preparation. At our restaurant you can try many varieties of fishes prepared by our skilled cooks in different ways: boiled, stewed, fried or smoked in tonir (Armenian clay oven). Traditional Armenian bread Lavash and Boqon is baked specially for each visitor of the restaurant To finish, tea drinking is an unforgettable ending of your stay in the restaurant ‘Cherkezi Dzor’. Besides traditional black tea, we can offer you to try collections from the fragrant and useful herbs gathered on the slopes of picturesque gorges. These fragrant drinks from mint, marjoram can be perfectly combined with ecologically pure honey collected from the apiary next to our restaurant and also with amber jam from the sea-buckthorn berries prepared by our hostesses.
