HARVEST DATE: Beginning September
CLIMATE: Continental climate. Vineyards are situated at an altitude of 1.200 - 1.500 meters above sea level.
VITICULTURAL FACTS: Average of 6 tons / hectare of grapes production. Manual harvesting.
WINEMAKING: Hand harvested in small boxes. Pressing with an inert atmosphere. The juice is fermented at 14-16ºC for about 3 weeks. Second fermentation is carried out in stainless steel pressure tanks (autoclaves) during 4 months.
TASTING NOTES: This great sparkling wine clearly shows the elegant style of Kangun grape variety. It's a refined release dominated by brioche aromas and combined with fruity freshness. Fine bubbles and elegant style of this wine are the best choice for great celebrations.
EXAMPLES OF SIDE DISHES: fried food and sushi, as well as vegetables, poultry, light and heavy cheeses.
IDEAL TEMPERATURE: Serve between 5 to 7°C
