Red semi-sweet wine is made from local red grape varieties Nerkeni, Karmrahyut and Saperavi. Harvest is conducted in the middle of October when grapes have very high sugar content. It has a deep red color and well-expressed aroma of black berries. Best served at a temperature of 14-15°C with white meats and grilled vegetables as well as sweets.
