Jano Fast Food Store was founded in 1946. In Aleppo by Hakob-Jano Ghazaryan. Hakob-Jano was born in Aleppo in 1926, displaced from the Karmunj village of Edessa, and was born in 1920. Born in Aleppo to Petrens Arush's family. He started working when he was 12 years old, buying grapes from a village near Aleppo and selling them at a shop near his home. 1946 He rented the shop where he had been selling grapes for years. The store is quickly becoming known for its unique assortment of delicious food at affordable prices and people eating fast food on their feet and drinking wine. This was one of a kind shops in Aleppo of its kind. Hakob-Jano obtains the first license to sell cooked poultry from the Aleppo authorities, thus establishing a specialty chicken of one of its kind. Noticing the lack of Armenian music and wishing that the Armenian language would always be heard in the ears of people, Hakob-Jano puts speakers in his store so that all visitors could hear Armenian music, he also started publishing Armenian CDs and songs. He was one of the first to publish Sayat-Nova in Armenian out of Armenia. For the next 20 years, he has been collecting and printing contemporary song discs and 13 songbooks. Thus, the store has acquired a great reputation within the Armenian community of Aleppo for many years. 1986 Hakob-Jano dies, passing his case to his only son, Harutyun. He not only continues his father's business, but doubles the number of dishes and increases the store's reputation. Until 2011 Syrian Citizen: 65-year-old fast-food outlet operates in the same location, increasing its number of customers daily. Harutyun finally decides to move to Armenia in 2013 Tigran-Mets Street opens "Jano" restaurant, where besides fast food restaurant there is also a restaurant.
